What's your refund policy?
If you are not sure, please do not purchase.

We would rather earn less and keep the purchasing process thoughtful and informed, rather than fast and impulsive.
Take your time: check your measurements, reflect on whether you truly need what you are about to buy, and contact us for assistance before finalising your order, we will do our best to help you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, indicating your order number, to receive information on how to proceed with the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What about sizing and measurements?
​Due to the nature of secondhand garments, a tagged size will not always reflect the actual size. This discrepancy is in part due to wear over time, washing, shrinking, and variations of fits across different eras. We strongly recommend you to measure a few of your favorite fitting garments to compare them with your desired items. We do our best to provide our customers with accurate measurements for every garment listed on our site. Please check each description before your purchase.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase date.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. These rates are set by the carriers. Most domestic shipments are shipped via UPS, international ships may have different carriers.

Cocci is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, or for any import duties or taxes which may apply to International shipments.
