What's your refund policy?
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our inventory being vintage, signs of wear may be present on some garments. We do our best to capture this wear in product photos. Time and use through the years gives garments their own unique character, and we hope that you share our appreciation for these imperfections.

What about sizing and measurements?
​Due to the nature of secondhand garments, a tagged size will not always reflect the actual size. This discrepancy is in part due to wear over time, washing, shrinking, and variations of fits across different eras. We strongly recommend you to measure a few of your favorite fitting garments to compare them with your desired items. We do our best to provide our customers with accurate measurements for every garment listed on our site. Please check each description before your purchase.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase date.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. These rates are set by the carriers. Most domestic shipments are shipped via UPS, international ships may have different carriers.

Cocci is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, or for any import duties or taxes which may apply to International shipments.
